Breathwork
Join us for an evening of guided breathwork facilitated by @beaumackey . If you wish to use the recovery space afterwards, simply book in for both sessions.

Slow Flow Yoga
This is a gentle, grounding flow designed to:
• Improve mobility
• Support recovery
• Calm the nervous system
• Complement your sauna + cold therapy practice
It’s the perfect way to start your weekend feeling centred and refreshed.

Sound bath
Step into a deeper level of recovery and reset. On the first Saturday of each month, we pair our signature contrast therapy experience with an immersive sound bath, designed to calm the nervous system while your body moves between hot and cold.
As you transition through heat and cold, soothing frequencies and vibrations work in the background to guide you inward, helping to reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and elevate the overall experience.
