Upon joining Sisu Recovery, new members will receive a personalized induction to familiarize them with our equipment and discuss their recovery goals. Memberships provide access seven days a week and credits can be used towards Contrast Therapy, Compression Sessions and any of our classes.

Designed for flexibility, our entry packs give you the freedom to book sessions when it suits you. Choose from 5, 10, or 20 one-hour visits, with full access to both saunas, ice baths, and magnesium pool. All packs are valid for 6 months and can also be used for classes and compression therapy.
