Designed with our community in mind, Sisu Recovery is a calm, lush and light-filled recovery facility that offers:
- Innovative infrared and traditional sauna.
- Hot (38°C) Magnesium vitality pool.
- Hydrogen fuelled ice baths (5°C – 14°C).
- Lockers, showers and complimentary tea station.
